The truth I'll hold with you:
You can be in pieces and still be whole in your humanity. You can be shattered and still sacred. You can be fragmented and still so deeply worth tending to.
Maybe you feel broken. Maybe life chipped away at you over and over. Maybe the pieces are sharp and scattered, and holding them hurts.
But the fact that you can say, "I am in pieces. And that's okay too"... that's not weakness. That's a flicker of self-truth.
We don't have to glue it all back together right now. We can sit beside the pieces and breathe.
